A "Dirk" is a person who will look into your eyes and "over offer and under deliver" to you. We run into this periodically with clients who have some "salesman" take over their website and/or their social media. When it goes wrong, the client is usually locked out of their accounts and held hostage from Dirk. This also means that Dirk can do whatever he wants to your information, reviews, pictures, etc.
